Yoga does not change the way we see things.
It transforms the person who sees.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. My practice has taught me strength, healing, and clarity—both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live my life more mindfully, and to share my love for the practice with as many people as I can.
I completed my 200-hour training with YogaWorks core faculty member Sarah Bell, and I am still continuously learning from her expert mentorship and guidance. I am constantly inspired and challenged by my teachers in local studios Urban Ashram Yoga and Evolve Yoga.
I love to combine thoughtful sequencing, a bit of playfulness, and a whole lot of gratitude in my classes. I put a lot of focus into building strength and mindful, deliberate movement. I seek to help people find strength, healing, and clarity through the practice, just as I did (and still do, every day). My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed and motivated.
